Writing the first draft.

You are now ready to write the first draft of your paper.

• Read the assignment question again to make sure that you are actually answering the question.
• Using the outline provided by the topic sentences and the connecting or linking words, develop each paragraph integrating referenced evidence to support the points you are making.

Once you have completed the first draft of the Body you need to draft the introduction and conclusion.

The next step is to revise and redraft the paper as many times as necessary.
