Shortcuts allow you to link to your stories, pictures, gems and other Web sites by just typing in the name of the shortcut enclosed by quote marks. A list of shortcuts is automatically updated each time you create a new story, picture or gem. You can find out the titles of all your shortcuts by selecting the Shortcuts option from the Editors menu at the top of the screen.
The list of existing shortcuts will then be displayed.
You can also create new shortcuts for hyperlinks to external Web sites. To do this, type the name of the shortcut and the URL in the appropriate spaces and then click the Add New Shortcut button.
You can delete a shortcut by checking the box next to the shortcut you wish to delete and then clicking the Delete button..
