Prerequisite(s): Introduction to e-Business or equivalent
The use of electronic media for commerce; the distinction between e-Business and e-Commerce; role of the Internet for e-Commerce; the nature and evolution of e-Business models; technology infrastructure for e-Commerce; e-Commerce payment systems; making strategic management decisions in an e-Commerce environment; value chain management; marketing on the Web; business-to-business (B2B) strategies; e-Commerce software, security, legal and ethical issues, and the future of e-Commerce.
