Prerequisite(s): Level 1

Analysis of interiority of buildings: the body and reciprocal interactions; environmental issues and spatial practises, colour texture theory; domesticity; media representations. Research of the following themes: gender; popular, social and material culture: the interpretation and effect of these influences and their integration into interior design. Analysis of the following criteria in the context of interior architecture: detail, patterning, colour, ornament and lighting.
