Prerequisite(s): ARCH 4022 Planning Project 1.

Preparatory work for individual research in consultation with appointed supervisor. Review of relevant literature in demonstrating research context. Research methods and design characteristics. Ethics. Data collection and analysis. Report writing. Research conclusions, recommendations and/or proposals.

Note: If a student is undertaking either the ‘social and community planning’ or ‘environmental planning’ major, then the project topic must be of relevance to the major and approved by the Program Director.
