Prerequisite(s): CHEM 1006 Chemistry 100 OR CHEM 1013 Chemistry in Life 100, CHEM 1007 Chemistry 101 OR CHEM 1014 Chemistry in Life 101.

Overview of selected analytical techniques and their application in the pharmaceutical and allied industries. Conduct experiments in a scenario-based environment and apply the knowledge gained to the interpretation of molecular structure. Discussion of QC requirements in different laboratory environments. Application of appropriate statistical methods in the analysis and interpretation of data.
