The Mature Study resource project has been developed by the University of South Australia and the RDLO Adelaide and Environs with funding from the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST).
The purpose of the Mature Study resource is to:
- encourage, enable and facilitate mature age people with a disability to undertake tertiary study as a pathway leading to employment in Australia
- inform and engage case managers regarding tertiary education and its suitability for mature age clients with disabilities
The complete Mature Study resource takes the form of the Mature Study website, CD ROM, series of interactive worksheets and professional development workbook for service providers, employment agencies and case managers. The worksheets and professional development workbook can be downloaded from this website in text or PDF format under the heading 'Resource Kit'.
