In addition to developing mutually successful relationships with industry, government and community to provide opportunities for students and graduate outcomes Gail lectures and mentors in the Graduate Certificate in Professional Engineering Practice, manages the Engineering Internship Program and develops multidisciplinary, experiential research and teaching and learning projects. One of these successful projects is the Safe and Sustainable Cambodia Project, a multidisciplinary humanitarian project. Her aim and passion is to produce graduates that are work-ready, community engaged global citizens that can solve real world problems by working with communities and become employees of choice due to their WIL experience.
