As an individual who has enjoyed an extended overseas career, I certainly appreciate the value of being exposed to foreign environments and the various challenges such environments can pose; which is why I feel so passionate about encouraging students to travel overseas to study. The Student Mobility initiative offers opportunites for students to study overseas with a partner university; whilst further enhancing the study experience at Uni SA. It additionally challenges students to utilise their networking and intercultural communication skills whilst studying in unfamiliar surroundings. To enhance the experience further, I recently created and launched a competition; 'Fly the Flag for UniSA'. The competition is designed to encourage students to engage in their local surroundings during their exchange and to expose them to activites outside their normal study curriculum.

I am currently in my final year of a Management (Human Resource Management) degree which I have been studying on a Part-Time basis. I am also a current member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.

I have participated in the Student Mentor Program at Uni SA for the past four years. I had the privilege of participating in the 'Business Mates' Program before becoming a 'Student Ambassador' and I am currently Student Ambassador Team Leader for the University's Business School.
