Academic Integrity
Academic Integrity is critical to all aspects of university activity. The Center for Academic Integrity, a consortium of over 400 colleges and universities across the world, defines academic integrity as:
a commitment, even in the face of adversity, to five fundamental values: honesty, trust, fairness, respect and responsibility. From these values flow principles of behaviour that enable academic communities to translate ideals into action.

The University of South Australia embraces these values and takes an educative approach to academic integrity. Such an approach covers four main areas:
