The Bachelor of Business (Property) program and its predecessor degrees and diplomas have been offered since the 1960s. During this time the degree has earned a reputation throughout Australia and overseas for its practical focus, analytical approach and the abilities of its graduates to contribute to their employers' businesses and to the property industry generally.
The degree is designed to equip graduates with the knowledge to succeed in the all main areas of property including valuation, agency, management, development, investment and research and is delivered in Singapore with a specialisation in property marketing.
The program is accredited by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. Graduates who complete the program may qualify for general admission to the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
