Many Indigenous undergraduates have very strong feelings about gaining a qualification. Maybe you want to:
-
Give to your community.
-
Make a difference in the wide range of issues of concern to Indigenous communities.
-
Preserve, share and enhance understanding Indigenous culture.
-
Gain employment in a sector with a poor representation of Indigenous people.
-
Establish individually or community owned enterprises.
Whatever your reason there are many pathways for Indigenous graduates when it comes to finding employment after graduation. You are not limited to work in this area: your degree and the Graduate Qualities you learnt whilst studying will open many doors for you.
Please note that these web pages concentrate on Indigenous-specific occupations.
