Prerequisite(s): INFS 5058 Fundamentals of Information Systems M.

An introduction to organisational ICT strategy and management, including: governance models for organisational information systems; processes of strategy formulation and implementation; skills and knowledge required for ICT management; investigation, evaluation and implementation of current trends in IT management; quality management systems; contemporary management and planning strategies; legal and ethical issues relating to the use of information and communication technologies in private and public sector organisations.
