Prerequisite(s): nil
A business project designed to develop project management and risk management skills. Project planning and control. The principles of scheduling techniques with the introduction of project management software tools. Budgeting and cost estimates, timeline and milestone indicators, and risk minimisation contingencies. Resource allocation. Use of strategic methodology and selecting an appropriate project approach. Project closure and reporting techniques.
