Prerequisite(s): BUSS 5307 Introduction to Human Resource Management.
Performance management, performance appraisal, strategic intent, compensation and reward systems, organisational level of performance, the process level of performance, the job/performer level of performance, methods of performance appraisal, 360 degree feedback, organisations as systems, creating a performance-based human resource development function, action planning for performance improvement, designing a performance management system, coaching and reviewing performance, managing global performance.
