If you are looking for online student learning resources, try Ask Learning Connection. The service is available at anytime and from any internet connected PC. You can:
- search for online resources
- chat with a Learning Connection adviser at designated times during the day and some evening times

In person
Learning Connection offers a regular drop-in service as a quick and convenient way for you to contact our staff. Drop in sessions are short, usually 10 minutes, and provide you with an opportunity to have your questions dealt with quickly, be directed to resources and workshops or to make a longer appointment if necessary.
By telephone
You can also speak to a staff member in Learning Connection by telephone.

Academic staff can refer students to Learning Connection electronically.
