Online Advisers
Online Advisers are part of the Online Education Support team. They provide training and support to UniSA staff who are developing online learning and teaching environments to manage course delivery, assessment and evaluation. Online Advisers are located within Learning Connection at City East, City West, Magill and Mawson Lakes.

Social software
Online Advisers also provide staff training in the use of the following free Web-based social software applications:
- PBwiki - collaboration
- Wikispaces - collaboration
- Blogger - reflection, journaling, networking
- Google Docs - collaboration
- Picasa Web Albums - image upload
- Google Video - video upload
Note: Staff using the social software applications above should be aware that:
- Online Advisers will only provide training for staff on how to use each application.
- Online Advisers and the IT Help Desk will not provide technical support to staff or students for each application.
- The University takes no responsibility for the stability of the software or lost data.
