Service agreements
Service Agreements provide a range of services and resources for teaching and learning to academic staff. The Service Agreements are generated by your Division or Unit and then negotiated with the Learning and Teaching Unit and Learning Connection. This ensures the provision of services to support your Division or Unit in the achievement of its teaching and learning goals.
Negotiating Service Agreements
Each year the LTU invites Divisions to nominate a small number of large scale projects for the service agreement that will address critical issues of underperformance on either national or internal ranking scales of student satisfaction.
The services and resources negotiated through the Divisional/Unit Service Agreement may include:
- online learning resource development
- academic development for teaching and learning by the Learning Connection Academic Development team to contribute to the achievement of your Division's teaching and learning goals
- assisting all students in the achievement of their learning, personal and career goals by staff from Learning Connection.
In addition the LTU provides core services to staff and students on all metropolitan campuses and by staff in online services based at Underdale.
You can discuss the development of your service and resource needs with your Divisional/Unit Liaison contact person.
