The University of South Australia expects its teaching staff to take a holistic approach to the development of students as professionals in their field, and as lifelong learners. Given the diverse nature of the University's student cohort, good teaching practice needs to encompass a range of delivery methods in a variety of contexts and to a wide range of students. Teaching staff at the University of South Australia are expected to develop student-centred learning approaches to their teaching and to assist their students to access a range of flexible learning options.
