Teaching @ UniSA

The Teaching @ UniSA program is designed to improve the teaching skills of academic staff through an exploration of a range of teaching and learning issues.

Main features of the program

The University of South Australia Teaching @ UniSA program has the following distinguishing features:

Who is the program for?

Teaching @ UniSA is for academic staff at UniSA. New academic staff appointments (Levels A-C) are contractually required to participate in the program as part of their probation requirement to complete a Graduate Certificate in Education (University Teaching). Sessional academic staff in their second contract with the university (where these contracts are for greater than 13 hours per study period) are also required to participate in this paid 25-hour development opportunity. The Schools determine which of their sessional academic staff they are able to support and provide regular lists of names of people to be invited into the program.
