What to do if you arrive early

However, there are some things that you will be able to organise if you arrive early. You may focus instead, on:

If you arrive in Adelaide well before the commencement of your orientation program, please make sure you come and see an International Student Officer at Learning Connection. International Student Officers are available during Drop-in sessions, on each campus.

Organising someone to meet you when you arrive

The University provides a free reception service for new international students. You can be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation. Any family member who accompanies you as a dependant (ie has a dependant visa) is also eligible for this service. To organise this service simply download the On-arrival reception and accommodation booking form and fax or email it to the number indicated on the form.

To help us organise your on-arrival reception you will need to fill in the form once you have your flight details confirmed and know your date and time of arrival in Adelaide.

If your family is coming with you it is important that you write their details on the On-arrival booking form so that your family members can be included in the reception service too.

For more information about UniSA's On-Arrival Reception service please visit the On-Arrival Reception website.

On-arrival reception and accommodation booking service

Settling into your new environment will be easier if you book your Adelaide accommodation before you leave your home country. By doing this you will be sure of somewhere to stay when you first arrive in Adelaide.

You can book temporary accommodation by completing the On-arrival reception and accommodation booking form and returning it to the On-Arrival Services Officer who will confirm the booking with you.

If you wish to organise permanent accommodation please visit the UniSA Accommodation Services website.

If you have already organised accommodation outside the University we can still pick you up from the airport. Please make sure the address of your accommodation is on the on-arrival booking form.
