Using the assignment cover sheet

Many assignments at UniSA are required to have an assignment cover sheet. If so, the assignment cover sheet should be included as the first page of each assignment you submit for marking. Assignment cover sheets help markers identify your work, and allow you to declare that the assignment is your own work.

There are a number of different cover sheets:

Individual assignments

Group assignments

Cover sheets should be included at the start of your assignment as the first page. This guide assumes you are submitting a text-based assignment created with your word processing software (eg. Word).

When you click any of the assignment cover sheets links above the File download window will open.
