Using the assignment cover sheet
Many assignments at UniSA are required to have an assignment cover sheet. If so, the assignment cover sheet should be included as the first page of each assignment you submit for marking. Assignment cover sheets help markers identify your work, and allow you to declare that the assignment is your own work.
There are a number of different cover sheets:
Individual assignments
- Internal students (RTF, 54.35KB) - link opens in new window
- External students (RTF, 56.20KB) - link opens in new window
Group assignments
-
Group assignments (RTF,
61.26KB) - link opens in new window
The Group assignment cover sheet requires the names, student IDs and signatures of all members of the group.
Attaching the cover sheet to your assignment

You will see that Page 2 is a blank page.

- Begin typing your assignment onto Page 2 of the assignment cover sheet. If you have previously written your assignment in another file you can copy and paste the content of your assignment file into this page.
- Remember to periodically Save your work.
When you are ready to submit your assignment for marking you can print this file to hand in for marking, or if your course coordinator has set up AssignIT (online submission of assignments) for this course and this assignment, you can submit this file for marking via AssignIT.
