Physical Education involves the study of both the socio-cultural and bio-physical sciences in relation to human physical activity. The courses include health, lifestyle management, skill development, human interactions, sport education, outdoor leadership, dance and pedagogy for reflective teaching. The aims of these courses are to introduce students to theory and applied practical aspects of physical education in junior primary and primary schools.
