Sub-Major for Multimedia students only
The 27 unit Sub-Major in Digital Effects is available to only those students undertaking the Professional Major in Multimedia Studies. The Sub-Major in Digital Effects will provide students with the opportunity to specialise and explore the links between traditional media technologies such as film, television and video and the newer media technologies of digital graphics, compositing and 2-D and 3-D special effects, and combining live-action with virtual animation environments. Such skills are used across television, advertising, feature films, music videos, animation and experimental work.
