Step 5: Feel good about yourself

Feeling good about yourself and recognising your achievements may be a key factor in helping you find motivation. When we have a sense of well being and self esteem we can tackle difficult or uninteresting tasks with a positive outlook.

You might find collecting positive attributes about yourself a difficult task. You could ask a close friend or a family member about positive aspects they recognise in you.
