On Arrival Reception and Accommodation Online Booking Form for International Students

Please note that this free service is only available to new international students and immediate dependents of the student (spouse and children). Other family members and friends traveling with you will need to travel separately at their own expense to the place of accommodation.

The transfer from the airport to your accommodation is free of charge, but if your luggage exceeds the standard flight limit of 30 kg, or/and the transfer has to involve an additional vehicle, you may be charged for any additional costs.

Please let us know if there are any changes in your flight plans, as airlines will not provide us with passenger information. Unless we have 72 hours notice your booking/change cannot be confirmed but we will do our utmost to secure you transport and temporary accommodation (if requested). Your temporary accommodation is booked on a six (6) night basis and if you want to stay a longer or shorter period you should advise the reception of your accommodation.
