Aim

The program prepares students with the knowledge and skills necessary for careers in a wide range of resource management agencies and industries.

Entry requirements

Applicants would normally hold a undergraduate degree, or an equivalent qualification, or five years of relevant professional experience.

For international applicants for whom English is a second language, the minimum English language requirements are:

International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic): Minimum score of 6.0 in Reading and Writing subscores and minimum overall score of 6.5 obtained within the last two years or corresponding results from an equivalent test such as TOEFL or the appropriate Academic English language level delivered at CELUSA; or

 

Content/structure

The Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Sustainability requires completion of 18 units. The program comprises of 4 courses (18 units).

Rules

  1. Credit will not normally be granted for more than one third of the total units of the program.
  2. Students who wish to complete the Graduate Certificate in one Study Period will complete 2 core courses and 2 electives in consultation with the Program Director.
