Content/structure

The major areas of study are aeronautical knowledge and piloting skills.

Structured as a sequential four course program the Grad Dip has the flexibility to enable students to complete AERO 4ET prior to AERO 3ET.

There are 36 units in the Graduate Diploma.

Fee information

Fees for International students: $AU 84,050 per 1.0 EFTSL for students commencing in 2010.
Fees are calculated on a per Unit basis with 1.0 EFTSL = 36 Units.
Fees for International students are determined one year in advance and are subject to variation.

Fees for Fee Paying Postgraduate students: $AU 82,000 per 1.0 EFTSL for students commencing in 2009.
Fees are calculated on a per Unit basis with 1.0 EFTSL = 36 Units.

Rules

  1. Non LBCV students enrolling in the Graduate Diploma will be granted credit for previous study/flying experience at the discretion of the Program Director.

Notes

  1. Students concurrently studying the Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Aviation) (LBCV), or students who have completed LBCV and are undertaking flight training in the Graduate Diploma in Aviation, will be granted a scholarship to offset HECS fees already paid.
  2. The program is available on both a full and part time basis.
