Dear Sir,
With reference to my letter of the 4th. instant, I beg leave to inform you that I have received a further communication from the Commissioners of the Navy, by which it appears that the Phoenix is to receive her proportion of convicts in Kingstown Harbour near Dublin, and the two Roman Catholic Clergymen who are to have passages in her can therefore embark in that Harbour and not at Cork, as was before intended. The sailing of the Phoenix from the river has been deferred till Monday next.
I remain
Dear Sir
Yours faithfully
R.W. Hay
