Shalom and welcome to my homepage! I'm a Counsellor working at Learning and Teaching Unit, City West campus. My main role is to help and support students in managing their personal challenges so that eventually they can be successful in their study. These personal challenges include academic problems (e.g. time and workload management, motivation, procrastination), mental health concerns (e.g. stress, depression, anxiety), interpersonal issues (e.g. family and intimate relationships), and unexpected crisis (e.g. grief and loss, victims of crime).

I've been working as a professional counsellor for 7 years, with specific interest and training in grief and loss counselling, and relationship and sexuality counselling. I've worked in hospital, community centre, private practice and university. In addition to counselling, I involve in teaching, training and supervising both lay and professional counsellors. I am also an accredited PREPARE-ENRICH counsellor, which I help couples build stronger relationships.

I grew up in Malaysia and came to Adelaide in 1997. Therefore, I am fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese and Hokkien. In my leisure time, I enjoy swimming, cycling and reading.
