My background combines extensive experience in teaching, research and writing in the broad field of adult continuing education with more recent involvement in organisational change management in the world of business. Most of my energies are focused on PhD and DBA thesis/portfolio supervision, mainly in the offshore programmes.
Research publications
Over the past decade or so I have brought together interests in adult continuing education, voluntary social action and organisation with change management in a business context, publishing in diverse areas such as hospice and palliative care, voluntaryism and social theory, new social movements, intergrated pest management, patent protection and change management theory and practice.
