Dr Barry Jeromson is an academic editor with expertise in both website development and hard copy editing. Since 2004, he has been based in the Graduate Studies Office (Research and Innovation Services) where he constructs online interactive workshops for higher degree research students.
Previously, he managed editorial projects, print and online, at the Flexible Learning Centre, Underdale, across a broad spectrum of disciplines: Aboriginal studies, accountancy, business communication, early childhood education, electronics, engineering, mathematics, nursing and psychology.
Dr Jeromson also teaches. In 2007-2008, he lectured in Jung history, in the School of Psychology, Magill. From 2004 to 2007, he taught in Philosophy of Knowledge and Ethics, in the School of Social Work and Social Policy, Magill.
Formerly, he taught courses on communication, professional writing and editing at UniSA. As a teacher of editing courses, he supervised students working on an eclectic range of projects from war diaries to professional web sites.
Barry Jeromson works privately as an independent researcher, principally in the field of his doctoral thesis. Recent research reports, presentations and papers are listed below.
