Ross’ key responsibilities include: - Strategic direction and overall performance of this unit - Development and implementation of key initiatives - Business development and relationship management with key partners and stakeholders - Industry education delivery formats, lecturer/school engagement, program pricing - Strategic contractual arrangements - Industry education program development - Management of day-to-day operations
Ross is also a sessional lecturer at the International Graduate School of Management. He teaches both on-campus, online and within partner organisations in courses including Integrative Case Studies, Strategic Concepts, and Information Strategies for Management Decisions. Additionally, he provides student mentoring support for the course Action Learning and Problem Solving.
Ross is a graduate of the UNISA MBA program with 17 years business management and consulting experience in systems, operations, and sales. His previous positions include Divisional Manager for a national wholesaler/retailer, responsible for business development, operational and systems support in both large corporate settings and small business. More recently he has also provided consulting services to Government, profit and not for profit operations.
