Briony Carter is the Professional Experience Coordinator and Lecturer in Education in the School of Education, UniSA. With a background in education Briony’s position at UniSA enables her to be directly involved with planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching education programs. Her role as Professional Placement Coordinator means she is involved in strategic meetings and related policy making decisions with industry partners which include the various schooling sectors.

Briony had 20 years experience as a Primary and Special Education Teacher before coming to UniSA as a lecturer in post-graduate and undergraduate programs. This work fulfills Briony's on-going commitment to lifelong learning and the desire to improve the educational outcomes of her students.
