Associate Professor Christo is the Director of Regional Sustainability Centre. He has over 20 years experience working with academic institutions, department of defence and the private industry. His main expertise is in the fields of industrial aerodynamics, combustion, propulsion, and CFD. His experience also covers biomass combustion, high-speed aerodynamics, and energetic materials. Prof. Christo is a strong advocate of collaboration between academia and industry. Through this interaction the expertise, experience and facilities traditionally viewed as being solely for research and teaching are available to the wider community. Prof. Christo can also leverage the diverse and extensive skills of the ISST group in a wider range of expertise to solve industrial challenges.
