Jane Knowler holds a BA. LLB from the University of Natal (South Africa) and an LLM from the University of Adelaide. She is about to embark on a PhD at the University of Queensland looking at conflict of interest regulation in the private and public sectors.


Teaching interests

  • Jane's research areas complement her teaching interests - namely Equity, Trusts, Property Law and Remedies.

Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia on 17th December, 1990.

Admitted as a practitioner on the Roll of the High Court of Australia in February, 1991.
