I joined UniSA in December 2007 as the Director for the Centre of Regional Engagement. In this role I am responsible for University-wide leadership in regional, industry and community engagement. I am also responsible for academic aspects of UniSA's involvement with Open Universities Australia. Prior to joining the University I spent over two years in Kuwait as the President of the Australian College of Kuwait, a role I assumed after completing a 9-year appointment as CEO and President of the Australian Maritime College. Prior to these appointments, I spent 16 years in senior management positions with the Australian National Railways, the last 7 as General Manager of the Tasmanian rail system.
