Nicky Kassoudakis has worked at the University for the past ten years, and previously in project management roles within the private sector. Working at Unisa, OUA and SAIBT over the years has raised Nicky's understanding and awareness of how culture impacts on the organisation and personnel. Today, teaching success requires intercultural awareness and effective cross cultural communication skills. Understanding and appreciating intercultural differences ultimately promotes clearer communication, breaks down barriers, builds trust, strengthens relationships between students and staff which achieves results in terms of education and business success.
