Prashant Bordia is a professor in the School of Management at the University of South Australia. Before moving to UniSA, he was at the University of Queensland where he received the Early Career Research Excellence Award ($55,000) in 2003. He has received competitive research grant funding for his research from the Australian Research Council (Discovery & Linkage schemes) and the US National Science Foundation and has conducted research and consulting projects with several public and private sector organizations. His research has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management Studies, Organizational Behavior & Human Decision Processes, Human Resource Management, Intl. Journal of Human Resource Management, and Group & Organization Management.
