My role as Corporate Planning Performance Project Officer will help to identify institutional information required to support the University's strategic priorities.

For five years (2004 to 2008) I held the position of Senior Evaluation Analyst within PAS. My duties included the administration, analysis and reporting of the Student Experiences Questionnaire (SEQ), Transnational SEQ, the Australasian Survey of Student Engaement (AUSSE) and Australian Graduate Survey (AGS).

From 1999 to 2003 I worked as a research assistant in the Centre for Environmental and Recreation Management Performance Indicators (CERM PI) group based at Mawson Lakes campus. My areas of research included the benchmarking of service quality issues and development of performance indicators within the fields of recreation, tourism and higher education research. I was involved in several applied research projects assisting industry practitioners to develop strategic directions and improve day-to-day operations.
