Susan Lambert is a senior lecturer in the School of Commerce at the University of South Australia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia

Susan began her career as a public accountant specialising in information systems for small and medium sized businesses before taking up a sales and consulting position with IBM Australia. Susan continued consulting to small business throughout her 21 years in academia where she specialises in auditing and accounting.

Susan’s research interests revolve around business models for electronic commerce and information systems risk analysis. For the past ten years Susan has been researching business models for eCommerce with a special interest in changes to small medical practice business models.

In addition Susan has been involved in evaluating the use of the Internet by South Australian wineries.
