Anthea has been a research assistant at the Centre for Allied Health Evidence (CAHE) since 2007. Anthea has been involved in undertaking numerous systematic reviews and rapid reviews across a variety of health topics. She is currently part of the team working on the development of national glaucoma guidelines for NHMRC, following on from the systematic review and has been involved in all aspects of developing the glaucoma guidelines. Anthea is also the centre’s editor and has assisted in CAHE publishing one book, with another two currently underway. Her background is in the management of projects and programs funded by international development aid. She has an interest in primary health care in developing countries which evolved through the completion of formal studies and working in developing countries.
