Bachelor of Arts, Library and Information Management (BA(LIM)) University of South Australia; Completed 1993.
Certificate of Applied Social Science, Library Technician. Box Hill College of TAFE. Completed in 1986.
Train the Trainer. Competency to category 1 level 4.
