Join International Graduate School of Management since 2003. Apart from provide the clerical/administrative support to the Chinese MBA program, Hsin-Ju has the special role for IGSM discipline leaders and CMBA bi-lingual staff : Closely liaise with internal UniSA staff and external customers (which include the relevant local and international publisher and off-shore partners offices) in regarding the best course textbook materials for the new subjects for the students; Enhance CMBA/IGSM/University/partner officers' library reference database resources.

Hsin-Ju also identify the Chinese translated reading from translated text materials by comparing the English reading for the subjects reading guides.

The Program Clerical/Administrator officer supports the functions across all the Chinese MBA programs - Answer basic queries and provide information to staff and prospective and current students; Maintain database such as sessional staff database, lecturer folder in hard copy and soft copy; Compiling course evaluation data (CEI); and update lecturers details and timetable. Coordinate academic authorization of students administrative processes (deferment/withdrawal, application for status, leave of absence, enrolment) and liaison with Transnational Student Support office for processing; Maintain enrolment advice & class attendance including liaison with offshore partner; Coordinate completion of mark sheets; Organise graduation and associated functions and offshore partner visits; Support for developing Chinese library resources; Support for the program team on new projects, developments, and program related research work; Translation and interpretation.

Since the CMBA team move to Transnational Support Services (TSS) unit, Hsin-Ju also undertakes the higher duty as the Student Service Advisor (SSA) role for supporting the administrative management of the Chinese MBA and Licensing programs. The Student Service Advisor is responsible for managing the academic records of the programs, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of student applications and enrolments. The Student Service Advisor should be contacted on student progression matters relating to: Student progression: management of assignment extensions, leave of absence; Provision of UniSA ID numbers, passwords and cards; Assignment tracking and management; MyUniSA enquiries, discrepancies in personal and enrolment details or results; Credit transfer (after program director approval); Graduation eligibility; Academic Review, distribution of academic review letters to students, recording counselling outcomes on Medici, monitoring appeals process.

Since 2007, Hsin-Ju undertakes the International Clerical Officer: Travel role. Hsin-Ju organise the offshre accommodation and flights booking for our academic staffs whom teach offshroe programs. The role also involves the Hughes Car arrangement, Cash Advance, Flexi-purcahse, CAS administrator casual contract. Hsin-Ju has work closely with the finance team with her current role.

Hsin-Ju also goes to IGSB one day a week to assist the MBA team for their filing, assignments and exam tracking, CEI translation...
