Mrs Lori Kambitsis

Lori has a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Hons) from Flinders University.

Lori originally trained at Thomson Playford Cutlers (formally Thomson Playford) and then worked at Kelly & Co. as a solicitor in banking, finance and property, privileged to be mentored by the esteemed Chairman of Partners, Mr John Brimacombe.

Whilst on maternity leave, she spent a short period working as in-house lawyer for University of South Australia concentrating in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on intellectual property law. Lori was then appointed to a similar position in the Office of Research, Flinders University, for 2 years.

Lori has specific expertise in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial documents, including joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements and technology transfer documentation.

Lori is currently a member of the Law Society of South Australia (LSSA), Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (ACLA, Society for University Lawyers (SOUL)and South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME).
