Dr. Shamsul Khan studied Political Science, International Relations, History, Economics, German, French and Latin at the Universities of Dhaka (Bangladesh) and Heidelberg (Germany) and received his Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Heidelberg in 1985. His previous teaching, research and administrative positions include:
