I joined the University of South Australia in 2004 after completing a 3-year postdoctoral fellowship in Denver, Colorado.

I am a Senior Lecturer in nutrition and Deputy Director of The Nutritional Physiology Research Centre. My research investigates the role of nutrients and activity on health.
