Jon Buckley is the Director of the Nutritional Physiology Research Centre at the University of South Australia and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the journal Nutrients.
Jon's research interests focus on the effects of diet and exercise on health and physical function in populations ranging from patient groups to elite athletes.
Apart from his publications (see below for recent publications), Jon's research has led to 10 patent applications (2 granted, 8 pending) for novel foods and other technologies for improving health and athletic performance. His work has also contributed to changes in international food policy.
