About me

I am both passionate about, and marvelled by, the complexity of the human brain. After completion of a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, I am a current PhD candidate specialising in the broader conceptual area of neuroscience within the Sansom Institute for Health Research at the University of South Australia. In particular, I am investigating the influence of cognitive reserve on stroke outcomes and am interested in the role of cognitive reserve in facilitating rehabilitation and quality of life after acute brain attack.
